 We transformed the iconic Levi’s backpatch for the first time to bring people closer to new GANNI rental collaboration.        Experience  By tapping the NFC-enabled backpatch, our ‘GANNI girls’ were taken through to an exclusive platform full of useful content.  This included product care information, story-based production information, bespoke Instagram filters and interactive campaign elements such as the chance to upload a love letter to the community.  Vision  Connected clothing represents a new and exciting engagement opportunity for fashion brands to engage with their customers - directly from a product they are renting or buying.  We chose to trial this idea and execution through a collaboration, because it served almost like a limited edition, allowing more flexibility on production runs.         Proving a solid business case from this opportunity would ensure more products across the range became connected - delivering.  Data  Using our data and management platform io.tt, we were able to give each garment its own unique identity, tying it to the renter’s profile to enable better personalisation of content.   We were also able to capture lots of interesting location data for the brand, to understand where the rentals were most popular and to provide trends around these analytics.
